ShadBoost was started by Shad Eash, the former Creative Director at AB Martin, one of the most recognized names in metal building products in the Northeast. After years marketing inside the contractor world, Shad started ShadBoost to bring that same level of creative work to other builders, manufacturers, and growing businesses. Our work has been featured in Metal Construction News and Rural Builder, and many of our clients have been with us for five, seven, or more years.

Alex loves filmmaking. He quickly gained experience through a broad variety of video projects, transforming a backyard hobby into a dream job. With a background in construction, Alex has a genuine interest in the video marketing needs of local businesses and enjoys serving them with his craft.

Jason graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and has experience working as an in-house designer, freelancer, and in an agency setting. He is responsible for branding and identity design, editorial design, advertising, and motion graphics.

Our Service Area
We love helping local, regional, and even global brands grow with video, photography, graphic design, website design, branding, and print/promotional purchasing. While our studio is based in Ephrata, PA in picturesque Lancaster County, we’re often on the road for on-location photography and video (rarely more than three hours from Ephrata, PA), to shoot where your business lives and works.
Judson is a multimedia graphic designer with a background in design, marketing, and construction. He uses his experience to help clients create brands that are both clear in message and visually compelling. Having grown up in Tanzania, he brings a perspective that enriches his work with insight and creativity.
